Shipping Policy


Our standard warehouse processing time is 2 – 3 business days. Allow an additional 7 – 10 business days for transit. If shipped in the continental US. Unless specifically requested, orders will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.


In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be contacted with options for replacements or backorders. If there is no response within 24 hours, we will ship all items we have on hand and backorder any remaining items. Backorders will be shipped once the product has arrived in our warehouse.

Return Policy



All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in the original condition for resale. 

Clearance items and Special Custom Order non-stock items are not eligible for returns and exchanges.


Please note that all return merchandise will be subject to inspection prior to the issue of a refund. 


For all merchandise returned to Remedy Market for reasons other than damage, incomplete order, or incorrect item received, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or credit. Return shipping charges will apply. Shipping labels can be provided upon request. 


Large orders must be returned as a pallet shipment. Returned items shipped via UPS or FedEx will not be accepted.



Contact us within 14 days of package arrival via. sales@remedydesigngroup.com to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization Form and RMA #. Return labels can be provided upon request. 


We DO NOT take responsibility for any returned item(s) that become lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number, to secure your shipment and help track the return until it reaches our facility. 


Please ship authorized return items to the following address within 14 days of the authorization date. Please include your RMA form(s) in the return package.
